Install Buraaq

Buraaq is a coding agent that runs in your terminal. One command downloads the current release for your machine, checks its SHA-256 against the manifest, and puts buraaq on your PATH. Run buraaq update later to move to a newer release.

Set BURAAQ_VERSION=vX.Y.Z to pin a release, or BURAAQ_INSTALL_DIR to choose where the binaries go. The scripts have no other switches.
